The Competition

At Red Hills CrossFit, we annually host the Battle for the Brave fitness competition as a way to bring the Tallahassee fitness community together and more importantly, to support local law enforcement and first responders. We are excited for our 8th annual "Battle" and are looking forward to bringing the competition indoors, to Red Hills CrossFit. This will give us access to equipment we've not been able to use in the past, while still keeping it accessible to all skill levels. As always, a portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated back into the community and foundations that support our local first responders.
