The Competition

Welcome to the First Annual EC Gauntlet.  All Competition workouts have been programmed by Rich Froning.  This is a partner event, each team is composed of 2 athletes of the same gender. There will be 3 divisions, Rx, Intermediate and Scaled.  This is a one day competition with the first heat scheduled to begin at 8:00 am (CST). The event is limited to 60 teams total.  We will limit each division to 10 team spots M/M and 10 team spots F/F.  Registrations start at the early bird price of $155 per team, including event t-shirt.  The price will increase after June 1st, 2024 to $165 per team.  Evansville CrossFit is proud to be a Mayhem Affiliate.  A portion of the registration fee will be donated to Mayhem Mission.  We would love to have you be a part of the first EC Gauntlet!  Contact Sharon sharongonz@yahoo.com or 812-760-1191 with any questions.

  • This is an indoor/outdoor event; it is highly recommended athletes bring tents and/or canopies to provide shade.
  • Free for Spectators
  • Vendors will be on site (TBD).  Check back closer to event.
  • Parking – Across the street at Flander’s or where there are signs designated for parking at adjacent companies on Heinlein Road.
