The Competition

This competition was designed for male and female Scaled and Intermediate athletes.  We're celebrating athletes who have the desire to compete, but don't have RX loads and skills just yet.   Do you do single unders, hanging knee raise, and 20F/35M# dumbell  work?   Do you do pullups in bands or need to step up on a box?  It's ok if you can do a toes to bar or kipping pullup, but you don't do them in workouts, just yet, you're still practicing!
