𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
RX athletes should be efficient at T2B, C2B, BMU, HSPU, GHD situps, 135/95 snatch, 185/125 C&J, 225/155 DL, 50/35 dumbell
Scaled athletes should be efficient at hanging knee raises, jumping pullups, 95/65 snatch, 135/95 C&J, 155/105 DL, 35/25 dumbell
Masters standards will be a notch below RX in difficulty and weight
