The Competition

Who:Beginner, Intermediate and RX, Co-Ed Teams of 2 (M/F)

What to Expect: All teams will compete in 3 WODs plus a floater WOD. For the final, only the top 5 teams of each division will compete. Scoring for the podium will be based on scoring across the entire day.
 
Where: Okie CrossFit (Tulsa, Oklahoma) and CrossFit Exile (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma)

When: Saturday, May 6th, 2023

Costs: $225 per team
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be offered. Substitutions are allowed up to the start of the event. In the chance you cannot find someone to fill in for you or your teammates, contact us and we may be able to help you fill that spot.

*Early Registration (your team gets competition t-shirts) - Cut off is Wednesday, April 12th @ midnight!
*Regular Sign up (no t-shirt) - Thursday, April 13th - Friday, May 5th (Or until we sell out of spots!)

We will send an athlete email by Wednesday evening the week of the competition with more details on the venue, parking, what's allowed inside and precautions being taken.

Synchro Burpees Over Rower
1. Teammates will each row at the same time.
2. Monitor must be reset to zero at the start of each round.
3. Cannot start the synchro burpees until both rows are completed.
4. Reps will be synchronized with chests on the floor for each rep.
5. Intermediate and Beginner divisions may jump or step over the rower.

BEGINNER:

60 Ring Rows.
Bottom of rings will be 40” from floor.
Toes will stay on tape marked directly under the pull-up bar.
Rep ends when ring touches the chest.

Double Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Up (35#/20# DB’s)(20” Box)

Wall Ball Shots (20# to 10’/14# to 9’)
 
Teammates may tag in and out at any time to split work.
The chest must touch the floor between the dumbbells during the burpee.
 
INTERMEDIATE:
Single (35#/20# DB)(20” Box) DB must be gripped at the handle to the side of the chest during the burpee and may be held in any fashion during the step-up.
Wall Balls Shots (20# to 10’/14# to 9’)
 
BEGINNER: 
Single (20#/10# DB)(20” Box) DB must be gripped at the handle to the side of the chest during the burpee and may be held in any fashion during the step-up.

Max Burpee Sandbag Clean Over Bar (100#) 
 
Athletes may split the SkiErg however.
Athletes will stand on opposite sides of the Yoke and complete a burpee then pickup the sandbag and get it over the bar. The top of the bar will be set at 48”.
