The Competition

Battle at the Banks was designed to challenge your mind and body while most importantly being FUN. Teams of 4 and Individuals will compete in events that will test your strength, endurance, team work, and vigor in an exciting venue that is sure to be a blast for anyone involved. Don't wait too long to register as spots will be limited.

Divisions & Movements

Division Standards - These are guidelines but new movements or equipment may be used!

Standards apply to both Individuals and Teams. Individuals will compete in one division.  Scaling for the workout will be allowed but will take away your chance at podium in the individual division.

RX Division - Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, toes to bar, double unders, rope climbs, box jumps. Team members can efficiently do a full squat snatch and/or full squat clean & jerk at or above 95lbs for women and 135lbs for men. Team members shoud be able to do bar or ring muscle ups.  Teams should also be familiar with dumbbell/kettlebell movements.

Scaled Division - Team members should be able to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, knee raises, single unders.  At least 1 male and 1 female can do a full squat snatch and/or full squat clean & jerk at or above 65# for women and 95# for men.  Teams should also be familiar with dumbbell/kettlebell movements.
