The Competition

Come lift for a Cause! Our 3rd annual lifting event will benefit our local turtle habitats with your help! Same style lifting event.. 1 minute to complete a successful lift to move on to the next barbell. 10 second rotation in between lifts. This year to spice things up a bit, we will have the following point system: 5 points - Snatch 4 points - Clean and Jerk 3 points - Clean 1 point - Deadlift Your total points will be your ranking for the Leaderboard and chance for Top 3 podium finish@ ...but wait, there's more!! After your failed lift, you will have a one minute rest as you exit the floor and make your way towards the SKI ERG. At the start of the next minute, you will complete a 200 m ski sprint for time. Your time will be a chance for a wildcard prize at the end of the heats. Ladies lift first, men second. Weights coming soon!
