An Individual MASTERS ONLY Competition. Compete against individuals in your ow nage group.

Age based on your 2021 birthday.

Working weights below are as prescribed. There are no begginner, intermediate, or RX divisions. All levels welcomed, in one event! Registration per sex, per age group is limited.

Shoulder to Overhead

Burpees over Bar


Shoulder to Overhead can be a strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk

The rep is complete when the barbell is overheard, arms fully locked out, body standing tall with hips open and knees locked out.

Burpees over Bar (lateral) must be a two-footed take off, except age group 50+ may jump OR step over.

Chest and Thighs must make contact with the floor on the bottom part of the burpee. Athletes do NOT need to stand all the way to jump over the bar. The rep finishes when the athlete successfully clears the bar. If the athlete touches the bar with their feet on the way over, they will need to repeat the burpee and jump over the bar.

Score is total time. If athlete fails to complete all reps within the time cap, remaining reps will be added as seconds to the time cap.
