RX: Comfortable performing any variation of dumbbell or kettlebell exercise in the range of 70/50lb dumbbell, proficient at short distance/ocean swims, moving sandbags/dballs 150/100lb and Handstand Walk
Intermediate/Masters 35+: Comfortable performing any variation of dumbbell or kettlebell exercise in the range of 50/35lb dumbbell, proficient at short distance/ocean swims, moving sandbags/dballs 100/70lb
Scaled/Teens 14-17: Comfortable performing any variation of dumbbell or kettlebell exercise in the range of 35/25lb dumbbell, moving sandbags/dballs 70/50lb
Teens 11-13: Comfortable performing any variation of dumbbell or kettlebell exercise in the range of 25/15lb dumbbell, moving sandbags/dballs 30/20lb
Kids 8-10: Comfortable performing any variation of dumbbell or kettlebell exercise in the range of 15/10lbs dumbbell, moving sandbags/dballs 20/10lb
