Adaptive Division will be adjusted fairly based on level of movement and abilities on an athlete by athete basis. Please contact usf or more details.
Things to consider:
1. Staff harassment will not be tolerated. Any scoring disputes will be addressed by the Head Judge and their call will stand.
2. Bring your own jump rope.
3. If you miss your heat, you may not be allowed to compete in a later heat. You are responsible for being when and where you need to be to compete.
4. For SCALED ONLY, additional scaling is possible, but willl alter how you are scored.
5. Accommodations for juniors will be based on age and size
6. The above movements and standards are a GUIDELINE and not necessarily a representation of the wods created. You may not see many of the movements listed or you may see them all.
