DATE: May 8th... APC is hosting the second annual, unique competition for ladies ONLY!
There will only be one division... one RX lady partnered with one SCALED lady.
Movement Standards to Consider:
𝙍𝙓: Dubs, Pull-ups, T2B, HSPU, 20" Box Jumps, 95lb C&J, Snatch, OHS, S2O.
𝙎𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙀𝘿: Singles, Jumping Pull-Ups, Hanging Knee Raises, HR Push-Ups, 20" Box Jumps or step ups, 65lb Barbell Movements.
*There may be some partner deadlifts and/or partner wallballs with 14lb ball.
Yes, this is a competition but our main purpose is to get together with friends, lift each other up and have some fun!
We will be donating proceeds to "RAHAB Ministries" to help fight human trafficking.
Men are welcome to spectate!
