The Competition
CrossFit ABF is proud to bring you Beauty is a Beast II; one of the most exciting all-female competitions of the year. We’re thrilled to add a CrossFit competition to the women’s empowerment weekend featuring The Jenn Powerlifting and the Southern States Women’s cup Stongwoman events on June 9th, 2018.
Beauty is a Beast will give all female teams of two a chance to have fun and complete in Novice, Scaled or RX divisions. We’ll have traditional CrossFit style workouts with special floater WODs that incorporate elements of all three disciplines. We have coordinated the weekend so a competitor can pick two of the three events to compete for an overall championship.
There will be thousands of dollars in prizes, food, music, vendors and fun for all. You won’t want to miss it!
