The Competition
The Palm Beach Open is back! Palm Beach County's longest-running USAW sanctioned weightlifting meet this Spring.
Open to all athletes with an up to date USAW membership. If you do not have a current membership, please visit the following website and obtain a USAW membership before registering.

Awards to top three male and female Junior athletes by Sinclair formula
Awards to top three male and female Senior athletes by Sinclair Formula

Competition T shirt will be included with registration
