The Competition

ENG (Earned Not Given) Fitness Challenge was designed to challenge your mind and body while supporting a great cause. This CrossFit/Fitness Event will be composed of a Team of 3 format (Any Gender Combination) Rx, Scaled, and Beginner. Test your strength, agility, and vigor in an event that will take your fitness to the next level.  Whether you train at a box or in your garage, this competition will test your anabolic and lactic thresholds.  Don't wait too long to register as spots will be limited.

Divisions & Movements

When deciding which division to compete in we would like you to understand this is a true team event. That means any athlete can perform any portion of the workout. So in short all athletes Do Not have to meet all standards. 

For your division please see "RX" for RX, "IM" for Intermediate, & "B" for beginners

WOD # 1 TNL-The Next Level

You will have three minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible with only one athlete working at a time. Teams will have a one-minute rest/transition time to the next movement. Also, this will count as ***3 separate scores***

 

1. On the Bar

Cash-out Bike (100 cals for time) ***for each female on the team -10 cals
