The Competition

This will be a test of your current fitness level, as well as a chance to showcase your skills throughout the events we have prepared for you! There will be a total of six workouts released, with 10 days for you to prepare yourself, record videos and submit your final scores for validation. Videos will be available with all of the movement standards and requirements for submitting your scores.

Q & A is always open and we will do our best to respond as quickly and informatively as possible. Be sure to double read the rules and triple watch the videos as they will have the most important information! We hope to see as many people involved as possible - with everything life’s recently dealt us we believe this will be a great benchmark for everyone to keep motivated and set some monumental goals.

Athletes in each division are expected to efficiently perform a minimum of all movements listed as prescribed with no modifications. Weights described are NOT 1RM.
