The Competition

The Shred fest is even bigger and better than before.  This is a 1 day competition that bring athletes of all ranges together on one competition floor.  

This year we will be shredding at CrossFit Waterside Lake Mary!

Rules:

On the call of 3..2..1.. Go That athlete will pick up their
assigned barbell. The athlete will continue to hold for a max
time. If the athlete reaches the 1 minute mark, then the
athlete will perform the tie breaker at which the athlete will
perform as many deadlifts as possible in the remaining time
of the 12 minute cap. Athletes may choose to hold the
barbell in any grip and can switch grip at any point. The
athletes must remain in a standing tall position with their
shoulders on top of their hips. The athlete may not rest the
barbell on any part of their body. They may also not change
their grip with the barbell in their hip crease. The knees can
bend, but must stay above 90 degrees without the barbell
resting on their body.
