The Competition

This competition was designed for  male and female SCALED athletes.  We're celebrating athletes who have the desire to compete, but don't have RX loads and skills just yet.   Do you do single unders, hanging knee raise, and 20F/35M# dumbell  work?   Do you do pullups in bands or need to step up on a box?  It's ok if you can do a toes to bar or kipping pullup, but you don't do them in workouts, just yet, you're still practicing!

  • An unoffial timeline will be announced the week of the event.
  • An official heat assignment will not be emailed & posted to social media until the day before the event.
  • Free for Spectators
  •  This is an indoor/outdoor event; it is highly recommended athletes bring tents and/or canopies to provide shade for in-between heats
  • Apparal and food vendors

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

SATURDAY

8:40am: is the first athlete briefing.  All athletes should be in attendance to ensure you know all the movement standards and workout rules.
9:00am: First heats begin.
There will be 3 workouts, and 2 Mini Wod skills tests, no championship workout.
2-3pm: estimated end time, but depends on # of paricipants.

Awards ceremony will take place 20 minutes after the conclusion of the last Heat
